How to use

Enter desired text or select a template in your label software or word processor that supports 192 x 38 mm Avery border binder labels. Print a test sheet on plain paper to confirm alignment, then load the label sheets into your printer according to the printer manufacturer’s instructions. After printing, peel each label from the backing and press firmly onto the binder spine, smoothing from one side to the other to avoid air bubbles. For handwritten entries, write before applying the label and allow ink to dry fully.

Recommendations

Store unused sheets flat in a cool, dry place to preserve adhesive performance. When printing, use the correct template and printer settings for border and size to ensure consistent results. For long-term archiving, apply labels to clean, dry surfaces and avoid repositioning after initial application to maintain adhesion.
