Exaustor Amica OSC5112W, filtro de alumínio, 65 dB

The Amica OSC5112W cooker hood is a white, ducted kitchen hood designed to remove cooking odours and grease from the kitchen. It provides an extraction capacity up to 184 m³/h, operates with a noise level around 65 dB and includes an aluminium grease filter. The hood is fitted with LED lighting and a halogen bulb, has a 2.2 m power cord and an exhaust connection diameter of 120 mm.

Advantages

High extraction efficiency reduces cooking smells and helps keep fabrics and soft furnishings free from odours. Energy-efficient LED lighting provides durable, bright illumination suitable for kitchen tasks. Low operational noise allows cooking while listening to music or watching TV without significant disturbance. The aluminium grease filter protects the motor and is washable, simplifying maintenance. Three adjustable speed settings let you match airflow to cooking intensity.

Suitable for

• Removal of cooking odours and airborne grease in domestic kitchens
• Use in open-plan kitchens connected to living areas where lower noise is important
• Homes requiring a compact ducted hood with a 120 mm exhaust connection

How to use

Install the ducted hood following the manufacturer’s installation instructions, connecting the exhaust to a compatible 120 mm duct. Switch the hood on before starting to cook to establish airflow that captures fumes and odours effectively. Select one of the three speed settings based on cooking intensity: low for light frying or simmering, medium for general cooking, and high for heavy frying or when strong odours are produced. Use the lighting to illuminate the cooking surface as needed.

Recommendations

Clean or replace the aluminium grease filter regularly; metal filters can be washed in a dishwasher to maintain extraction efficiency. Use the hood at a higher speed for strong odours, and avoid operating the hood without proper ducting for long periods to preserve performance and reduce noise.
