How to use

Install the CATA TF 2003 GBK into a 600 mm-wide cabinet space following the manufacturer’s mounting instructions and ensure correct connection to a 120 mm duct for external extraction. Slide the front panel out when cooking to increase the capture area and switch the fan speed appropriate to the intensity of cooking fumes. Use the integrated LED lights to illuminate the hob during preparation and cooking. Turn the hood off and slide the panel back in after the cooking has finished.

Recommendations

Clean the metal grease filters regularly according to usage intensity: typically every 1–2 months, or sooner with frequent frying.
