How to use

Prepare the RG-174 or RG-316 cable by stripping the outer jacket, braid and dielectric to the lengths required for the SMA crimp ferrule and center pin. Insert the center conductor into the gold-plated contact and crimp according to the connector manufacturer's crimping tool specification. Slide the ferrule over the prepared braid, crimp the ferrule to secure the braid and solder or secure the center contact if required. Position the provided shrink tube over the termination and apply heat to shrink it, creating strain relief and environmental protection.
