Fita adesiva de embalagem Tesa 4124 PVC 75 mm x 66 m — resistente à rutura, forte aderência

Tesa 4124 PVC packaging tape 75 mm x 66 m is a tear-resistant, strong-adhesive tape designed for secure sealing and bundling of cartons, boxes and parcels. The tape combines a durable PVC backing with a solvent-based adhesive to provide reliable performance in manual and machine applications. With its 75 mm width and 66 m roll length, it is suitable for a wide range of everyday packing tasks in warehouses, logistics and retail environments.

Advantages

The PVC backing delivers high tensile strength and resistance to splitting, ensuring the tape withstands handling and transport stresses. The strong adhesive offers reliable initial tack and long-term holding power on standard corrugated cardboard and carton surfaces. The tape is suitable for both manual application and many packaging machines, giving flexibility for different packing setups. Its consistent unwind and clean tear properties reduce application time and minimize adhesive residue on tools and surfaces.

Suitable for

• Sealing cardboard boxes and shipping cartons
• Bundling packages for transport or storage
• Automated or semi-automated carton sealing machines
• General warehouse packing and order fulfilment

Key specifications

• Material: PVC backing with solvent-based adhesive
• Width: 75 mm
• Length: 66 m per roll
• Tear resistance: high tensile strength and split resistance
• Adhesion: strong initial tack and durable bond to cardboard
• Application: suitable for manual and many machine dispensers

How to use

Ensure the surface of the carton or parcel is clean, dry and free of dust or oils for the best adhesion. For manual sealing, pull an appropriate length of tape from the roll, press it firmly along the seam and smooth it to ensure full contact. For machine application, load the roll onto the dispenser following the equipment instructions and check tension and alignment before operation. Store unused rolls in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain adhesive properties.

Recommendations

Use Tesa 4124 on standard corrugated cardboard and boxboard for reliable sealing; test compatibility with coated or reclaimed surfaces before large-scale use. When applying in cold conditions, allow materials to acclimate to room temperature for improved tack. Replace rolls when adhesive transfer or poor unwind is observed to maintain efficient packing operations.
