Fita crepe Tesa Maler Krepp 4319 50 mm x 50 m — fita crepe para pintura

Tesa Maler Krepp 4319 50 mm x 50 m is a crepe masking tape designed for painting and surface protection tasks. The tape offers reliable adhesion to walls, wood and other common substrates encountered during painting projects, enabling clean paint edges and temporary fixation of protective films or lightweight materials. It is intended for both DIY users and professional painters needing a straightforward solution to prevent paint bleed and overspray while allowing easy removal after use.

Advantages

The crepe backing conforms to irregular surfaces and corners, helping to create straight paint lines. The adhesive formulation balances secure hold during painting with residue-free removal in many standard indoor applications. The tape is supplied in a 50 mm width on a 50 m roll, offering a practical length for extended jobs without frequent roll changes. Its compatibility with common paints and varnishes supports controlled masking for interior and some exterior tasks when used according to surface recommendations.

Suitable for

• Masking edges and joints during interior painting
• Fixing protective films and drop cloths temporarily
• Creating clean transitions on woodwork, trims and baseboards
• General DIY painting and maintenance tasks

Key specifications

• Adhesive type: pressure-sensitive adhesive designed for temporary fixation
• Backing material: crepe paper allowing flexibility and conformability
• Width: 50 mm
• Length: 50 m
• Typical removal: residue-free removal on many standard indoor surfaces when removed within recommended time
• Recommended surfaces: painted walls, plaster, wood and other common building substrates

How to use

Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free of dust, grease or loose particles before applying the tape. Unroll the Tesa Maler Krepp 4319 and press it firmly along the edge or area to be masked, smoothing out any air pockets and conforming the crepe backing to corners if needed. For long-term outdoor use or on delicate surfaces, test a short tape length in an inconspicuous area first. After painting, remove the tape by pulling it back slowly at a low angle to reduce the chance of paint lifting; remove within the timeframe recommended for the painted coating to avoid adhesive transfer.

Recommendations

For best results, apply the tape at room temperature on clean, dry surfaces and remove it shortly after the topcoat has become tack-free. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures while the tape is applied to prevent difficult removal or adhesive residue.
