Fita de transferência HP CD644-67908BULK para impressoras HP — fita de transferência intermédia, OEM MPN CD644-67908BULK

Intermediate transfer belt HP CD644-67908BULK is an OEM replacement component for compatible HP printers. This transfer belt moves toner from the imaging drums onto the paper surface during the printing process, supporting consistent toner transfer across pages and helping to reduce streaks, smudges and uneven density. Supplied in a bulk format intended for service use, the part restores expected print quality and reliable operation when installed as part of routine maintenance or after wear-related performance decline.

Advantages

The OEM transfer belt is produced to match original HP specifications for fit and material properties, which supports predictable alignment and electrical characteristics during transfer. Using an original replacement minimizes variability between components, reducing the risk of premature wear on drums and improving overall consistency across print runs. Bulk packaging simplifies stocking for service technicians and allows for efficient replacement in high-volume maintenance environments.

Suitable for

• Periodic maintenance and scheduled part replacement in compatible HP laser printers
• Service technicians performing multi-unit repairs or fleet maintenance
• Print environments requiring stable toner transfer to avoid streaks and smudges
• High-volume offices or print shops where component longevity and consistency are important

Key specifications

• Function: intermediate transfer belt for toner transfer between imaging drums and paper
• Compatibility: designed for use in compatible HP laser printers (refer to printer documentation for exact models)
• Packaging: bulk-format OEM supply suitable for service and maintenance use
• Material characteristics: manufactured to OEM tolerances for uniform surface and electrical properties
• Intended use: replacement part for restoring transfer performance and print quality

How to use

Replace the worn or damaged transfer belt following the printer manufacturer's service instructions. Power off the printer and allow internal components to cool before beginning. Remove access panels or covers to reach the transfer belt assembly, take out the old belt carefully to avoid contact with toner, and install the new belt ensuring correct alignment and secure seating. Reassemble panels, power on the printer, and run any recommended calibration or cleaning cycles to stabilise print output.

Recommendations

Use the transfer belt as part of scheduled preventive maintenance and replace it when print defects such as streaking, repeated marks, or toner transfer irregularities appear. Store bulk units in a dry, dust-free environment and handle components by their edges to avoid contaminating the belt surface. After installation, perform test prints and, if available, run the printer's maintenance routines to optimise registration and toner transfer.
