Tips

To prolong the life of your fiberglass tape, avoid dragging the blade over sharp edges and clean it after use in muddy or sandy conditions. When measuring long distances, have a partner hold the end hook or use a stake to secure it. Always rewind the tape slowly and evenly to prevent kinking, and store the tape in a dry place when not in use.
