The Roadinger 30107200 flightcase is designed for 483 mm (19") control and effect units with a depth of 40 cm. Constructed from multi-layer glued plywood with an aluminium profile frame and three-legged steel ball corners, the case provides a stable protective enclosure for transport. It includes built-in rack rails, two removable lids (double-door version) and a case handle for convenient handling. The maximum load capacity is 20 kg and the unit weight is 5.2 kg.

Advantages

The flightcase combines a lightweight plywood body with a reinforced aluminium frame and steel ball corners for enhanced durability. Removable double lids and built-in rack rails simplify access and installation of 19" equipment. Four steel-reinforced rubber feet improve stability during placement, while four snap locks with eyelets allow the case to be locked for secure transport.

How to use

Place the flightcase on a stable surface and open the removable double lids to access the rack rails. Install the 19" equipment into the built-in rails and secure it according to the device's rack-mounting instructions. Close the lids and fasten the snap locks; if desired, use the lock eyelets to attach padlocks. Use the case handle for carrying and avoid exceeding the 20 kg maximum load.

Recommendations

For safe transport, distribute equipment weight evenly within the case, secure loose cables, and avoid stacking heavy items on top. Clean the plywood surfaces with a damp cloth and avoid prolonged exposure to moisture to preserve the case finish and structural integrity.
