Formulários de encomenda autocopiativos Le Dauphin, A5, triplicado, 210 x 148 mm, autocopiativo, 50 conjuntos por bloco, branco/amarelo/rosa (1183D)

In a busy French office, a sales administrator reaches for a LE DAUPHIN Manifold Order Forms pad to capture a customer's order by hand. The A5 sheets measure 210 x 148 mm and are bound as a glued pad of 50 triplicate sets. Each set consists of a white original, a yellow copy, and a pink copy, all made from carbonless NCR paper. The forms are pre-printed with standard order fields in French, such as date, customer, item, quantity, price, and total. Perforations allow clean detachment of individual copies, while the original sheet uses 80 gsm paper and the copies use 60 gsm paper. This pad is intended for manual writing and is suitable for order taking, sales records, and delivery notes.

Why choose it

These forms provide instant copies without carbon paper, keeping records organised and legible. The triplicate colour coding helps distinguish original from copies at a glance, and the perforated edges make it easy to hand a copy to the customer or file it separately.

Ideal use cases

• Manual order taking at trade counters or on the road
• Creating delivery notes with customer acknowledgement
• Maintaining internal sales records without digital entry

Good to know

The pre-printed fields are in French, so the forms are best suited for French-speaking environments. The carbonless coating works with manual writing pressure, so no carbon sheet is needed between copies.
