The Electrolux EOD4P57H Built-in Oven is a medium-sized electric oven designed for integration into kitchen cabinetry. With a 72 L net capacity and total power of 3490 W, it supports conventional and forced-convection cooking modes, includes a grill and steam cooking function, and features a halogen lamp for internal illumination. Control is provided via rotary knobs and a mechanical timer, while safety and convenience features include a child lock and included telescopic rails. The unit is energy efficient with a declared energy efficiency class of A+ and specified energy consumption values of 0.93 kWh for conventional cooking and 0.69 kWh for forced convection.

Advantages

The oven’s 72 L capacity balances family-sized cooking needs with space efficiency for built-in kitchens. Pyrolytic cleaning reduces the need for manual scrubbing by converting residues to ash at high temperature. The combination of convection, grill and steam cooking expands cooking methods for roasting, baking and gentle steam-based recipes. Rotary control and a mechanical timer provide simple, tactile operation without complex digital menus. Telescopic rails facilitate safe insertion and removal of trays, and the child lock adds a layer of safety in homes with children.

Suitable for

• Everyday baking and roasting for small to medium households
• Grilling dishes that require direct heat
• Preparing steam-assisted recipes and moisture-sensitive foods
• Users preferring mechanical rotary controls over touch interfaces
• Built-in kitchen installations where a black-finished oven is desired

How to use

Install the oven into a prepared built-in cabinet following the manufacturer’s installation instructions and ensure correct electrical connection by a qualified technician. Select the required cooking mode using the rotary controls, set the temperature and use the mechanical timer to monitor cooking time. For convection baking choose the forced convection setting for more even heat distribution; use the grill or steam functions as required by the recipe. Slide trays on the telescopic rails for safer handling when checking or removing food. After use, allow the appliance to cool before activating the pyrolytic cleaning cycle if needed.

Recommendations

Use oven-safe cookware suitable for the selected mode, avoid covering ventilation openings, and follow recipe temperature and time guidelines. For energy-efficient cooking, preheat only when necessary and prefer forced convection for even results at lower temperatures. Engage the child lock when the oven is not in use if children are present. Refer to the official Electrolux user manual for detailed safety, installation and maintenance instructions.
