Frontal Omnitronic ZL-19 sw 2HE — frontal para rack, preto, 2HE (modelo 30100628)

Omnitronic ZL-19 sw 2HE is a 19-inch black rack front panel designed for 2U mounting. It serves as a replacement or customization faceplate for standard 19" rack systems, providing a neat and durable front for audio, broadcast or server equipment. The solid build and black finish create a uniform appearance for cabinets and racks while protecting internal units from accidental contact and dust at the front.

Advantages

The front panel offers a standardized 19-inch width and 2U height that fits most professional racks, ensuring compatibility with common mounting rails. Its black surface provides a low-reflective finish suitable for studio and live environments. Constructed for durability, the panel helps maintain a tidy rack layout and protects front-facing controls and connectors when installed. The plain design allows easy drilling or cutting for custom cutouts if modification is required.

How to use

Install the panel by aligning it with the front mounting rails of a standard 19" rack and fastening with appropriate rack screws through the pre-drilled holes. If used as a replacement, remove the existing damaged front panel first and transfer any necessary mounting hardware. For customization, mark and cut openings for connectors, meters or controls before final mounting, and deburr edges to prevent damage to cables or components.

Recommendations

Use corrosion-resistant rack screws and do not overtighten fasteners to avoid warping the panel. When cutting or drilling the panel for customizations, wear appropriate protective equipment and secure the panel to prevent movement. Consider leaving ventilation zones or blank spaces to maintain airflow for heat-sensitive equipment.
