GEFU STANDO 89551 Mandolina manual, cinzento

GEFU STANDO 89551 is a standing manual vegetable slicer with a moving cutting unit and interchangeable cutting plates. It produces slices of 2 or 4 mm and julienne strips of 3.5 or 7 mm. The food is placed in the hopper and held with the finger guard while the grip moves the blade. EAN 4006664895514 identifies this exact model.

The fold-out non-slip stand works with the supplied 500 ml collecting container and keep-fresh lid. The slicer uses plastic, Japanese blade steel and stainless steel. The container, lid, cutting plates, hopper and finger guard are dishwasher-safe; the main body is cleaned by hand. The instructions recommend hand-washing the cutting plates to prolong blade life. The device can be disassembled for cleaning and compact storage.
