Guia de remessa com confirmação de receção bloco de formulários Sigel T1229 A5, cópias autocopiativas

Delivery Note with Receipt Form Book Sigel T1229 A5 is a compact, duplicate carbonless set designed for documenting the transfer of goods and providing a signed receipt to customers. Each set contains a delivery note paired with a detachable receipt; when filled out, the top copy serves as the business record while the duplicate copy is retained by the customer. The A5 format and book binding keep forms organized and make the pad suitable for use in offices, delivery vehicles, and mobile sales operations.

Advantages

The duplicate carbonless design eliminates the need for carbon paper, producing a clear copy on the underlying sheet each time a delivery note is completed. The sequential numbering of forms simplifies record-keeping and cross-referencing. Its compact A5 size offers portability without sacrificing space for essential delivery details, and the detachable receipt provides a professional way to obtain customer signatures and confirm handover.

Suitable for

• Small and medium-sized business deliveries
• Courier and logistics services for proof of delivery
• Mobile sales and field service transactions
• Warehousing operations and stock dispatch documentation
• Accounts and record-keeping departments

Key specifications

• Format: A5
• Set type: duplicate carbonless sets (top copy + copy)
• Binding: pad/book for sequential use
• Includes detachable receipt paired with each delivery note
• Layout: spaces for item description, quantities, date, recipient signature, and notes

How to use

Complete the delivery note fields with the required information about the goods, quantities, date, and recipient details. Detach the receipt after the recipient signs to provide proof of delivery while retaining the original copy in the book for your records. Keep the book on a flat surface when writing to ensure clear transfers to the duplicate sheet. Use the sequential numbering to reference each transaction in accounting and inventory systems.

Recommendations

Store the book away from moisture and prolonged direct sunlight to preserve paper quality and copy legibility. For best results, write with a medium-firm ballpoint pen and avoid excessive pressure that could damage the sheets. Replace the book when numbering approaches its end to maintain uninterrupted documentation.
