The ICY BOX IB-3710-C31 stands out with its massive 10-bay capacity in a single compact tower, enabling you to consolidate up to ten 2.5-inch or 3.5-inch SATA drives into one high-speed USB 3.2 Gen 2 storage pool. Unlike typical multi-bay enclosures that rely on hardware RAID, this unit operates in Single Mode (JBOD), giving the host system direct, independent access to each drive for maximum flexibility.

Highlights

• 10 drive bays for 2.5" or 3.5" SATA HDDs and SSDs
• USB 3.2 Gen 2 (10 Gbit/s) via USB-C host connection
• Single Mode (JBOD) – each drive appears individually to the OS
• Hot-swap support for effortless drive replacement
• Active cooling with a 120 mm fan
• External 200 W power adapter included

In daily use

The IB-3710-C31 is built for professionals who need raw capacity without RAID overhead. Its aluminum and plastic chassis dissipates heat efficiently, while the 120 mm fan keeps all ten drives within safe operating temperatures. LED indicators for power and HDD activity provide at-a-glance status. The included USB-C to USB-C cable ensures a direct 10 Gbit/s link to modern laptops and desktops, and the external 200 W power supply guarantees stable operation even with all bays populated.
