Injetor PoE Auerswald 90075

The Auerswald PoE Injector 90075 supplies 48 V power over Ethernet to IEEE 802.3af compatible network devices such as wireless access points, IP telephones or network cameras. It delivers data at 10/100 Mbit/s and accepts a wide input voltage range (100–240 V, 50 Hz). Its compact dimensions (45 x 66 x 85 mm) and light weight (96 g) make it suitable for flexible installation where a separate mains-powered adapter is undesired.

Advantages

Delivers power and data over a single Ethernet cable, reducing cabling and simplifying installation. Compatible with IEEE 802.3af devices and provides a standardized 48 V PoE output. Compact and lightweight design allows installation near a network switch or at the device location without a bulky external power supply. Wide input voltage range ensures compatibility with common mains supplies.

Suitable for

• Supplying wireless access points where no local power outlet is available
• Powering IP telephones in office environments
• Providing power to network cameras in surveillance installations
• Connecting devices to a LAN switch port that does not provide PoE

Key specifications

• Standard: IEEE 802.3af compatible
• PoE voltage: 48 V
• Data rate: 10/100 Mbit/s
• Input voltage: 100–240 V, 50 Hz
• Ethernet ports: 1 × RJ-45
• Colour: Black
• Dimensions: 45 × 66 × 85 mm

How to use

Connect the injector to a mains socket using the supplied power cable. Plug the network cable from your switch or router into the data input port of the injector and connect the device that requires PoE (for example an access point, IP phone or camera) to the injector’s PoE output port. Ensure the connected device is IEEE 802.3af compatible and that cabling is intact. After connections are made, the device will receive power and network data over the single Ethernet cable.

Recommendations

Install the PoE injector close to a mains outlet and in a ventilated location. Use quality shielded Ethernet cables for runs over long distances and verify device compatibility with IEEE 802.3af to avoid damage. Do not expose the unit to excessive moisture or heat.
