Kit de dissipador de CPU de servidor FUJITSU RX2540 M7 2.ª CPU (módulo de arrefecimento de substituição)

Replacement cooler kit for FUJITSU RX2540 M7 second CPU socket. This spare cooling module is designed as an OEM-compatible assembly for the server’s additional processor position, providing targeted heat dissipation in dual-CPU configurations. The unit restores the original cooling arrangement, supporting stable operation and consistent thermal performance during maintenance, repairs, or hardware upgrades.

Advantages

The cooler kit matches the form factor and thermal interface layout of the original FUJITSU RX2540 M7 second-CPU cooling module, allowing straightforward installation without modification to the chassis or adjacent components. It helps maintain designed airflow paths and prevents overheating of the secondary processor under sustained loads. The spare module is suitable for quick replacement to minimize server downtime and retain the server’s factory thermal characteristics.

Suitable for

• Field replacement of a failed or damaged second-CPU cooling assembly in FUJITSU RX2540 M7 servers
• Routine maintenance during server servicing or rebuilds
• Server upgrades where a second processor is installed and requires OEM-style cooling
• Data center spare parts inventory to reduce mean time to repair

Key specifications

• Compatibility: Designed for the second CPU socket in FUJITSU RX2540 M7 server models
• Function: Active/passive cooling assembly for an additional processor position (OEM spare module)
• Thermal interface: Pre-applied interface material at contact surfaces for effective heat transfer
• Form factor: Server-specific bracket and shroud that align with chassis airflow channels
• Mounting: Screw- and bracket-compatible with the RX2540 M7 second-CPU retention points

How to use

Power down the server and follow standard electrostatic discharge precautions before beginning. Remove chassis panels to access the second CPU socket, then detach the faulty cooler module by removing its fasteners and disconnecting any fan or sensor cables. Position the replacement cooler kit so that alignment tabs and mounting holes match the retention points, secure it with the original fasteners, and reconnect any electrical connectors. Reinstall chassis panels and power on the system. Verify BIOS/firmware thermal settings and monitor CPU temperatures to confirm correct operation.

Recommendations

Use only with FUJITSU RX2540 M7 systems and ensure firmware and system management agents are up to date. Replace thermal interface material if the module does not include fresh pre-applied material, and follow server manufacturer torque specifications for mounting hardware. Maintain proper rack airflow and regular dust cleaning to preserve cooling performance.
