Kit de fusor Kyocera FK-8570 modelo 302YL93011 para impressoras Kyocera compatíveis

Replacement fuser kit Kyocera FK-8570 model 302YL93011 is designed to restore the fusing function in compatible Kyocera printers. The kit contains the essential fusing components that apply heat and pressure to bond toner to paper, supporting consistent print quality and reliable paper transport. Intended for maintenance and repair, the kit helps reduce common print defects such as smudging, ghosting and weak toner adhesion, and contributes to longer device uptime in office and production settings.

Advantages

The fuser kit provides a direct replacement for worn or damaged fusing parts, delivering stable fusing temperature control and uniform pressure across the paper path. Using a correct fuser reduces misfeeds and paper jams associated with degraded fusing surfaces, improves first-print appearance and maintains consistent density across multiple pages. Installation of the kit as part of scheduled maintenance minimizes unexpected downtime and supports predictable print performance.

Suitable for

• Routine maintenance of compatible Kyocera laser printers
• Repairing printers exhibiting toner smearing, poor toner adhesion or ghosting
• Office environments requiring reliable daily printing
• Small production runs where consistent fusing and minimal reprints are important

Key specifications

• Function: fusing assembly for thermal fixation of toner to paper
• Components included: primary fuser roller and related heating/pressure elements required for fusing operation
• Compatibility: designed for use with compatible Kyocera laser printers (refer to device compatibility list)
• Performance: restores stable temperature and pressure control for uniform toner bonding
• Intended environment: office and light production printing

How to use

Turn off and unplug the printer before beginning replacement. Allow the device to cool if recently used. Open the printer access panels according to the manufacturer service instructions, remove the old fuser assembly and install the replacement kit ensuring correct orientation and secure connections. Reassemble panels and plug the printer in, then run the printer’s fuser initialization or calibration routine if available. After installation, print test pages to confirm correct toner fixation and paper handling.

Recommendations

Replace the fuser kit at the manufacturer-recommended intervals or when print defects related to fusing appear. Use genuine or manufacturer-specified components to maintain device reliability; avoid touching the fuser roller surface with bare hands and allow the unit to cool before handling. Dispose of the removed fuser in accordance with local electronic waste regulations.
