KWB Classic Line Grampo de rosca em F 200 mm abertura, 80 mm alcance, calha de aço perfilado, maxilas em ferro fundido, cabo de madeira, almofadas de proteção 928820

This F-clamp from KWB's Classic Line combines a robust profiled steel bar with cast iron jaws and a lacquered beech wood handle, delivering high clamping force for demanding woodworking and metalworking tasks. Unlike lightweight plastic clamps, the serrated locking mechanism on the sliding jaw holds position securely under load, while the trapezoidal spindle thread provides smooth, powerful tightening.

Highlights

• 200 mm clamping capacity and 80 mm throat depth for versatile workpiece handling
• Profiled steel bar with galvanized finish resists corrosion and maintains rigidity
• Cast iron fixed and sliding jaws with powder coating for durability and grip
• Swivel pressure plate with protective plastic cap prevents marring of surfaces
• Ergonomic wooden handle for comfortable, controlled tightening

In daily use

Set the sliding jaw roughly to size, then turn the wooden handle to apply precise clamping pressure. The trapezoidal thread translates rotation into strong linear force, while the swivel pad conforms to angled surfaces. The galvanized bar and powder-coated jaws stand up to workshop environments, and the plastic protective pads keep finished surfaces scratch-free.
