Lâmina para serra de vaivém Bosch 2 608 634 995 Corte de alta precisão

The Bosch 2 608 634 995 High Precision Cutting jigsaw blade is a universal blade engineered for fast and accurate cuts through a wide range of materials. Constructed from BIM (bimetal) and featuring a side-set, milled tooth design, the blade has a total length of 132 mm and tooth spacing of 2.4–5 mm. It is intended for clean, controlled cutting in construction timber, coarse wood, various plastics and sheet metals, including aluminium and glass fibre reinforced plastics.

Advantages

The bimetal (BIM) material provides improved durability and resistance to wear compared with standard carbon steel blades. The side-set, milled tooth geometry helps evacuate chips and reduces binding for faster cutting. With a total length of 132 mm and a tooth pitch of 2.4–5 mm, the blade balances precision and cutting speed across a range of thicknesses and materials. The blade is designated Type T 345 XF for compatibility and identification.

How to use

Fit the Bosch T 345 XF jigsaw blade into a compatible jigsaw according to the tool manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring secure attachment before operation. Use appropriate cutting speed and feed rate for the material: lower speeds and steady feed for metals and plastics, and higher speeds for softer woods. Keep the workpiece clamped and supported to maintain cut accuracy and reduce vibration. Replace the blade when cutting quality decreases or when teeth are visibly worn.

Recommendations

For best results, select cutting speeds and clamp the workpiece to minimise vibration. Use progressive, steady pressure rather than forcing the blade through the material. Inspect the blade before use and replace it if teeth are damaged or worn.
