Install the Superfire FF5-D on a vertical surface exposed to direct or strong daylight for optimal solar charging. Position the lamp so its integrated solar panel faces the sun for the longest possible charging period during daylight hours. Secure the fixture to the wall using appropriate fasteners for the surface material and ensure the unit is angled and located to avoid shading from nearby objects. Once installed, the lamp charges during the day and automatically powers the LED at night according to its internal control system.
Recommendations
For reliable night-time illumination, choose an installation site with maximum daily sun exposure and periodically clean the solar panel surface from dust, leaves and snow.
