LAPP ÖLFLEX SPIRAL 540 P cabo espiral de controlo 3 x 1 mm² amarelo, 300 mm recolhido, 1000 mm estendido 73220127

The ÖLFLEX SPIRAL 540 P coiled control cable from LAPP is built for applications where constant flexing and retraction are part of daily operation. Its spiral design keeps the cable compact when idle and extends to a full 1000 mm when needed, reducing clutter and protecting conductors from strain. With three fine-wire copper conductors and a tough PVC jacket in high-visibility yellow, it is suited for machine tools, robotics, and material handling equipment.

Highlights

• Retracted length 300 mm, extended length 1000 mm
• 3 conductors, each 1 mm² cross-section
• Yellow PVC outer sheath for visibility and durability
• Rated voltage 300/500 V, test voltage 3000 V
• Flexible temperature range from -5°C to +70°C

In daily use

The cable's spiral construction absorbs movement without tangling, making it ideal for moving machine parts, medical equipment, and automated systems. The green/yellow protective conductor ensures safe grounding, while black conductors with white numbers allow clear identification. The PVC insulation and sheath provide resistance to oils and mechanical wear, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments.
