Legrand CM586184 Calha de cabos, horizontal, 200 mm de largura, aço inoxidável

The Legrand CM586184 is a professional-grade horizontal cable tray engineered for reliable cable management and protection in demanding environments. Manufactured from high-quality stainless steel, this tray provides exceptional durability and resistance to corrosion, making it a dependable solution for long-term electrical infrastructure projects. With a width of 200 mm and a substantial lateral section of 10800 mm², it offers ample space for organizing and securing various types of electrical cabling.

Advantages

The primary benefit of this stainless steel cable tray is its superior structural integrity and resistance to harsh environmental conditions, which ensures that cables remain protected and organized over extended periods. Its design facilitates efficient airflow, helping to prevent heat buildup in cable bundles, while the robust construction supports heavy-duty industrial applications. The standardized dimensions allow for seamless integration into existing electrical systems, reducing installation time and complexity.

Suitable for

This cable tray may not be suitable for residential projects where smaller, non-industrial cable management solutions are preferred. It is also not intended for applications requiring flexible or articulated cable routing, as this is a rigid, fixed-installation component.

Key specifications

How to use

The cable tray should be mounted horizontally using appropriate support brackets and fasteners compatible with the installation surface. Ensure that the mounting structure is capable of supporting the weight of the tray along with the intended cable load. Cables should be laid neatly within the tray, ensuring that bend radii are respected to maintain signal integrity and prevent damage to insulation. It is recommended to use cable ties or clamps to secure cables at regular intervals to prevent movement.

What to consider before purchase

Usage recommendations: Always follow local electrical codes and safety regulations during installation. Regularly inspect the tray for any signs of mechanical stress or debris accumulation to ensure continued performance.
