Lixadora excêntrica pneumática retangular TOPEX 89x165 mm

Surface preparation and finishing can be time-consuming and physically demanding, especially when working on large, flat areas. The TOPEX Rectangular Pneumatic Orbital Sander 89x165 mm tackles these challenges with a powerful pneumatic drive and a large sanding pad, delivering fast, consistent results without the fatigue of manual sanding. Its orbital action produces a fine, swirl-free finish, making it ideal for woodworking, automotive bodywork, and general surface preparation.

Who is it for

This sander is built for professional woodworkers, carpenters, auto body technicians, and serious DIYers who demand reliable performance and durability. If you regularly sand large panels, doors, or furniture, this tool will save you time and effort while producing a superior finish. It is especially valuable in workshops with compressed air systems, where pneumatic tools offer a better power-to-weight ratio and cooler operation than electric alternatives.

Main features

• Pneumatic orbital action with 2.5 mm orbit diameter for fine finishing
• Large 89 x 165 mm rectangular sanding pad covers more area per pass
• Hook & loop (Velcro) pad attachment for quick sandpaper changes
• Rear exhaust directs air away from the work surface
• Dust collection with included dust bag keeps the workspace cleaner
• Composite body reduces weight and operator fatigue
• No-load speed of 10,000 RPM for efficient material removal
• Operating pressure of 6.3 bar (90 PSI) matches standard shop air systems
• Air consumption of 113 L/min (4 CFM) for balanced performance

Tips

To get the best results, always use a clean, dry air supply regulated to 6.3 bar. Match the sandpaper grit to the task: start with coarser grits for material removal and finish with finer grits for a smooth surface. Keep the sander moving evenly to avoid gouging, and empty the dust bag regularly to maintain suction. For extended use, consider adding an in-line oiler to lubricate the air motor and prolong tool life.
