Macho de montagem de rosca para ferramenta de rebites cegos GESIPA FireFox – rosca M3 para porcas-rebite M6

Replacement threaded mandrel compatible with the GESIPA FireFox blind rivet nut tool. This mandrel features an M3 external thread specifically designed for installing M6 blind rivet nuts. It provides correct thread engagement with the nut body and consistent pull force when used with the corresponding FireFox tool, ensuring reliable installation in applications that require blind rivet nuts.

Advantages

This threaded mandrel is manufactured to match the geometry and dimensions required by the GESIPA FireFox blind rivet nut tool, ensuring accurate seating and repeatable performance. The M3 external thread is sized for optimal engagement with M6 rivet nuts, reducing the risk of slippage or damaged threads during installation. The part is intended as a direct replacement to restore tool functionality without altering the tool's operating parameters.

Suitable for

• Installation of M6 blind rivet nuts in thin materials and sheet metal
• Maintenance and repair of GESIPA FireFox blind rivet nut tools
• Automotive assembly and bodywork fastening tasks
• Construction and metal fabrication where blind rivet nuts are specified

Key specifications

• External thread size: M3
• Intended nut size: M6 blind rivet nuts
• Compatibility: GESIPA FireFox blind rivet nut tool (replacement mandrel)
• Function: Threaded mandrel for pulling and setting blind rivet nuts

How to use

Ensure the FireFox tool is disconnected from any power source if applicable. Remove the worn or damaged mandrel from the tool following the tool manufacturer's instructions and install the replacement mandrel by threading it into the tool's spindle or retention mechanism until seated securely. Fit an M6 blind rivet nut onto the M3 external thread, position the rivet nut in the workpiece, and operate the tool according to the FireFox user instructions to set the rivet nut. After use, inspect the mandrel and tool for wear and clean as recommended by the tool manufacturer.

Recommendations

Use the mandrel only with compatible GESIPA FireFox tools and M6 blind rivet nuts. Regular inspection for thread wear and contamination will help maintain installation quality. Replace the mandrel if thread deformation or wear is observed to prevent installation failures.
