How to use

Inspect the facepiece, visor and harness for damage before each use. Fit the respirator according to the manufacturer’s instructions: place the facepiece over the face, position the harness on the head, and adjust straps for a snug, even seal. Confirm the seal by performing the appropriate user seal check. Connect to a compatible supplied-air source or install the approved filters/attachments required for the specific atmosphere-supplying application. Follow workplace procedures for donning, doffing, and safe operation while wearing the respirator.

Recommendations

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance according to the manufacturer's guidance to ensure longevity and reliable performance. Store the respirator in a clean, dry location away from direct sunlight and contaminants. Replace any damaged components and verify compatibility of supplied-air sources or filters before use. Ensure users are trained in fit testing, seal checks, and the limitations of atmosphere-supplying equipment.
