How to use

Mount the ZAS 40 to the roof beam or rail following structural safety practices and local regulations. Secure the 48 mm mast in the roof support clamps, tighten all fasteners to the recommended torque for the mounting hardware, and attach the antenna (for example a CAS series) to the mast using the appropriate brackets. Ensure the mount and antenna are correctly grounded according to applicable standards.

Recommendations

Inspect the mount periodically for corrosion or loosened fasteners, especially after severe weather. Use compatible Kathrein mounting accessories and follow local building codes and grounding requirements during installation.
