Matriz de crimpagem Cimco 106012 10 mm² 1 unid.

The Cimco 106012 crimping nest die is designed for forming reliable crimps on cables with a maximum compression section of 10 mm². Compatible with a range of compatible crimping tools, this single-piece die provides a precise contact surface for consistent compression of conductor ends and terminals. The die is manufactured to withstand repeated use in electrical installation and maintenance tasks while maintaining dimensional stability and alignment between mating parts.

Advantages

This crimping nest die offers a precise fit for 10 mm² conductors, ensuring uniform compressions and repeatable results. Its robust construction reduces wear under frequent use, and the machined contact surfaces support stable mechanical and electrical connections. Sold as one piece, the die is simple to install and replace within compatible crimping tools, minimizing downtime during on-site work.

Suitable for

• Crimping insulated and non-insulated terminals on 10 mm² conductors
• Electrical installation and wiring in residential and commercial systems
• Maintenance and repair tasks requiring repeatable, reliable crimps
• Workshops and service vehicles carrying spare crimping accessories

Key specifications

• Maximum compression section: 10 mm²
• Configuration: single-piece nest die for compatible crimping tools
• Material properties: hardened and machined contact surfaces for wear resistance
• Use type: manual or powered crimping tools that accept interchangeable dies
• Typical applications: conductor-to-terminal crimping for copper cables

How to use

Select the die and ensure the crimping tool is suitable for interchangeable nest dies. Securely install the Cimco 10 mm² die into the tool according to the tool manufacturer's instructions, making sure alignment features engage fully. Insert the prepared conductor and terminal into the die cavity, then actuate the crimping tool to complete the compression cycle. After crimping, visually inspect the connection for correct deformation and perform a pull test if required by site or quality standards.

Recommendations

For reliable long-term performance, keep the die clean and free of debris; avoid exposure to corrosive environments and lubricate pivot points on the host tool as recommended. Replace the die if surface damage, excessive wear, or deformation is visible. Confirm tool and die compatibility before use and follow applicable electrical safety practices when working on live or de-energized systems.
