Mistura de aplicação Innovatek Protect IP Concentrado de revestimento – branco, mistura pronta a usar

Innovatek Protect IP Anwendungsmischung coating concentrate is a white, ready-to-mix application mixture formulated for use as a protective or finishing surface coat. The concentrate is supplied for dilution and on-site preparation so it can be adjusted to the required viscosity and coverage for professional or maintenance projects where a white coating is specified. The product is designed to form a consistent, even film when mixed and applied according to manufacturer directions.

Advantages

The coating concentrate provides a neutral white base that is suitable for topcoats or protective layers. It is supplied as a concentrate to allow controlled dilution and tailored application properties, enabling users to adapt the product to spray, roller or brush techniques. When mixed and applied correctly, the mixture yields uniform coverage and a stable finish that supports further finishing steps.

Suitable for

• Protective surface coatings in maintenance and repair work
• White finishing layer for industrial or commercial surfaces
• Preparation as a base or primer layer prior to additional coatings

Key specifications

• Color: white concentrate intended for mixing
• Form: liquid concentrate for dilution and preparation
• Application methods: suitable for spraying, rolling, or brushing after proper mixing
• Finish: designed to produce an even, protective coating layer
• Intended use: professional and maintenance surface treatment

How to use

Mix the concentrate with the appropriate diluent or base as specified by the manufacturer's instructions to achieve the desired viscosity. Stir thoroughly to ensure a homogeneous mixture and strain if recommended to remove any agglomerates. Apply the prepared coating by spray, roller, or brush in thin, even layers, allowing specified drying time between coats. Ensure the substrate is clean, dry and free of loose material before application. Follow safety data and application temperature recommendations provided by the manufacturer.

Recommendations

Use personal protective equipment during mixing and application, provide adequate ventilation, and adhere to the manufacturer’s guidelines for dilution ratios, drying times and surface preparation to achieve consistent results.
