Módulo Keystone DELOCK 87165 — adaptador SC para SC, verde/cinzento/branco, 60,1×59,4×21,6 mm

The DELOCK 87165 keystone module is an SC-to-SC fiber optic adapter in a compact keystone format that provides a front-panel interface for easy integration into patch panels, wall plates or keystone housings. The module supports SC simplex connections and is available with green, grey or white colour accents. Its dimensions are 60.1 × 59.4 × 21.6 mm and the unit is supplied individually in polybag packaging. The design includes a small labelling field for identification and accommodates standard keystone mounting cutouts for straightforward installation.

Advantages

This keystone module offers a compact SC-to-SC coupling with a standardized front-panel keystone footprint, enabling quick swaps and simple front-access cabling. The available colour accents help with visual identification of fibre types or network segments. The integrated labelling field simplifies documentation and on-site marking. The module is designed for mechanical compatibility with common keystone housings and supports DIN rail attachment for flexible mounting in rack or cabinet installations.

Suitable for

• Connecting SC simplex fiber optic cables in patch panels and wall plates
• Front-panel fiber extension or cross-connect points in LAN and telecom environments
• Integration into keystone housings and modular faceplates for structured cabling
• Mounting on DIN rail for distribution boards and small cabinet setups

Key specifications

• Connector type: SC to SC simplex coupling
• Form factor: Keystone module (front-panel keystone interface)
• Dimensions: 60.1 × 59.4 × 21.6 mm
• Colour accents: green, grey, white
• Packaging: supplied individually in polybag
• Mounting options: keystone housing, wall plate, patch panel, DIN rail compatible
• Identification: integrated labelling field for marking

How to use

Install the module into a compatible keystone opening on a faceplate, patch panel or keystone housing by pressing it into the cutout until it clicks into place. Connect SC simplex fiber cables by aligning and pushing the SC connectors into the adapter until they seat securely. If mounting on a 35 mm DIN rail is required, attach the adapter according to the rail clip method provided on the module. Label the integrated field to indicate circuit or network information. Observe standard fiber handling procedures, including cleaning connector end faces before mating and avoiding excessive bending of fiber cables.

Recommendations

Use a fibre connector cleaner before each connection to maintain low loss and reliable transmission. For installations with multiple modules, use colour accents to standardise port identification. Avoid exposing the module to mechanical stress or contaminants; store unused ports with protective caps until required.
