NEO TOOLS broca de coroa diamantada 83 mm x M14

Drilling large, precise holes in hard materials like porcelain, granite, or marble often leads to cracked tiles, chipped edges, and ruined workpieces. The NEO TOOLS 55-317 diamond core drill bit solves this problem with a vacuum-brazed diamond coating that cuts cleanly through the toughest surfaces without water cooling. Its 83 mm diameter and M14 thread mount directly onto standard angle grinders, making it ideal for creating openings for pipes, faucets, or electrical boxes in bathrooms and kitchens. The integrated air vents keep the bit cool during dry drilling, extending its life and ensuring smooth, chip-free results every time.

Tips

For best results, mark the centre of the hole with a centre punch or masking tape to prevent the bit from wandering. Start the angle grinder and let the bit reach full speed before gently touching the surface. Apply light, steady pressure and let the diamond coating do the work — excessive force can overheat the bit. Periodically withdraw the bit to clear debris from the cut. Although water cooling is not required, a light mist can extend bit life on very hard materials. Always wear appropriate safety gear, including eye protection and a dust mask.
