ONT HUAWEI HG8247H5 – GPON ONT, WLAN 2,4 GHz, 4x Gigabit RJ45, 1x RJ11, 1x USB, 1x CATV

Huawei HG8247H5 is an optical network terminal (ONT) designed for GPON fiber broadband delivery with integrated 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi. The device provides a GPON uplink for direct fiber connection and multiple wired and wireless outputs to distribute internet, voice and TV services across a home or small office environment. Its compact form factor includes four Gigabit RJ45 LAN ports for high‑speed wired connections, a single RJ11 port for VoIP telephony, a USB port for peripheral connectivity and a CATV output for analog/digital television distribution.

Advantages

The HG8247H5 combines GPON ONT functionality with built‑in wireless access in a single unit, reducing the need for separate devices. With four Gigabit Ethernet ports the device supports multiple high‑bandwidth wired clients such as smart TVs, desktops and networked storage. The integrated 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi provides wireless coverage for smartphones, tablets and laptops. The presence of an RJ11 voice port and CATV output enables concurrent delivery of broadband internet, VoIP telephony and IPTV services without additional converters.

Suitable for

• Residential fiber broadband installations requiring internet, voice and TV distribution
• Small offices needing reliable wired Gigabit connectivity and basic Wi‑Fi coverage
• VoIP telephony deployment using the RJ11 voice port
• IPTV or CATV distribution via the dedicated TV output
