Painel superior para rack Rittal AX 2474.010 — aço inoxidável, 760×300 mm

Top panel Rittal AX 2474.010 is a stainless steel top/roof panel designed for 19" racks and enclosures. With dimensions of 760 × 300 mm, this top panel provides a durable cover for the upper opening of rack cabinets, offering mechanical protection and secure closure of the interior. The sloping protective roof design prevents accumulation of standing moisture and reduces soiling from above, while the stainless steel finish matches industrial and data-centre environments.

Advantages

The stainless steel construction offers corrosion resistance and mechanical strength for long service life. The sloped roof design channels water and debris away from the rack top, reducing maintenance needs. Its compact 760 × 300 mm footprint fits standard 19" enclosures and allows mounting of auxiliary equipment on a stable surface. Supplied as a single-piece unit, the panel is ready for quick installation and integrates with existing rack frames to improve protection and enclosure integrity.

How to use

Position the top panel on the upper frame of the 19" rack so that the sloped side faces outward to direct water and debris away from the enclosure. Secure the panel to the rack using the mounting points provided on the enclosure or compatible fasteners; follow the rack manufacturer’s guidance for torque and fixing locations. The panel also provides a stable surface for mounting light auxiliary equipment if required, ensuring any additional fittings do not compromise the panel’s protective function.

Recommendations

Regularly inspect the panel and sealing interfaces for signs of damage or corrosion, and clean with non-abrasive stainless-steel cleaners to maintain appearance and performance. When mounting additional equipment, verify weight limits and use appropriate fasteners to preserve the integrity of the enclosure.
