Panela para sopa ZWILLING Pro 13,3 l com tampa – Panela de aço inoxidável para sopas e caldos

ZWILLING Pro 13.3 l soup pot with lid is a high-capacity stainless steel stockpot designed for preparing soups, broths, stews and large-batch recipes. The pot features a robust construction that supports even heat distribution across the base and walls, making it suitable for long, gentle simmering and consistent results. The fitted lid helps retain moisture and heat during cooking, while the tall profile increases capacity without occupying excessive stovetop space.

Advantages

The pot is made from durable stainless steel, offering resistance to corrosion and easy cleaning. Its construction promotes uniform heat transfer for steady simmering and reduced hot spots. The included lid improves moisture retention and reduces evaporation, which is helpful when preparing broths or long-cooked dishes. Large 13.3-litre capacity accommodates batch cooking for families or small catering, and sturdy handles provide a secure grip when moving the pot.

Suitable for

When it may not be suitable

This tall 13.3 l stockpot may be oversized for single-person households or kitchens with limited storage space. Because of its large capacity and height, it may be less convenient for tasks that require frequent stirring of small volumes or for use on very small burners where heat distribution from a small flame may be uneven.

How to use

Place the soup pot on a suitable burner and add ingredients and liquid according to your recipe. Use medium to low heat for long, gentle simmering to extract flavour and avoid scorching. Fit the lid to reduce evaporation and maintain consistent temperature. When moving the pot, use oven mitts or potholders on the handles. After use, allow the pot to cool slightly before washing; follow standard stainless steel care by rinsing, soaking if needed and drying to prevent water marks.

What to consider before purchase

Recommendations

For best results when preparing stocks and broths, start with cold water and simmer gently with the lid partially or fully closed to retain flavour. Avoid rapid boiling for prolonged periods to prevent excessive evaporation and ingredient breakdown.
