The tempered glass lid lets you check progress without removing it, reducing heat loss.

Recommendations

To prolong the life of the Megastone non-stick coating, avoid prolonged high heat and sharp metal scraping. Although the pan is metal-utensil safe, prefer wooden, silicone or plastic utensils when possible and clean with non-abrasive sponges. Regular preconditioning after cleaning can help maintain non-stick performance.
