Parafuso M6×40 mm preto Omnitronic para terminais de altifalantes

Screw M6×40 mm Black Omnitronic for LS Clamps is a metal fastening element finished in black, engineered for use with LS clamp systems and other standard M6 threaded fittings. With a 40 mm length and M6 thread, this screw provides a straightforward mechanical connection for audio and lighting clamp assemblies in rigging and stage setups. The black finish reduces reflections and blends with common hardware, allowing discreet mounting of speakers, lights and related equipment.

Advantages

The screw offers consistent thread engagement with standard M6 nuts and threaded clamp sockets, delivering stable clamping force for mounted components. Its 40 mm length accommodates typical clamp depths and provides sufficient thread overlap for secure fastening. The metal construction ensures mechanical strength for repeated assembly and disassembly, while the black surface treatment helps resist visible wear and integrates visually with stage hardware.

How to use

Insert the screw through the clamp or bracket hole and engage with the matching M6 threaded socket or nut. Tighten using the appropriate tool until the clamp holds the component securely without over-torquing; ensure alignment of the clamped parts before final tightening. For repeated installations, inspect threads for wear and clean any debris before reassembly.

Recommendations

Use the screw with compatible M6 nuts or clamp fittings rated for the load of the mounted device. Avoid excessive torque that could strip threads or deform clamp parts. Periodically check fastenings during events or prolonged installations to maintain secure rigging.
