DELOCK Easy 91075 is a cable grommet with a 23 mm diameter designed for neat and safe cable pass-through in desks, cabinets and panels. The grommet creates a clean opening to route power, data and audio cables while protecting them from sharp edges. Its compact size and simple design allow discreet installation in home offices, workstations and AV cabinets where organized cable management is required.

Advantages

The grommet provides edge protection for cables and prevents abrasion or damage where cables pass through holes in furniture or metal panels. Its 23 mm inner diameter accommodates common power and signal cables while keeping the appearance tidy. Installation is straightforward without specialized tools, and the durable material resists wear from repeated cable movement. The product's minimal profile ensures a low-visibility finish that integrates with different furniture surfaces.

How to use

Prepare a hole in the desk, cabinet or panel with a 23 mm drill bit or cutter according to the mounting surface and safety precautions. Insert the grommet into the hole until it sits flush or slightly recessed depending on the surface. Route one or several cables through the central opening, ensuring that cable bundles do not exceed the inner diameter and that there is no excessive bending at the entry point. If cables are updated or replaced, gently pull them through the grommet while supporting the surrounding panel to avoid damage.

Recommendations

For a clean installation, verify the hole diameter and panel thickness before fitting. Avoid forcing oversized cable bundles through the opening; use multiple grommets or a larger pass-through solution for thicker bundles. Periodically inspect the grommet for wear if cables are frequently moved, and replace it if the edge protection is compromised.
