Passa-cabos EFB Elektronik 29509.1

The EFB Elektronik 29509.1 cable grommet is designed to provide a neat, secure finish where a LIYCY control cable or similar cable passes through panels or housings. With a 6 mm inner diameter and a black finish, this grommet helps prevent mechanical wear at entry points and contributes to orderly cable routing in electronics, automotive and domestic installations.

Advantages

This cable grommet offers a precise fit for standard 6 mm cables, reduces abrasion and strain at cable entry points, and improves the visual appearance of cable installations. Its black color is unobtrusive and compatible with a variety of equipment and panel designs.

Suitable for

• LIYCY control cables and other round cables with approximately 6 mm diameter
• Electronics enclosures and control cabinets
• Automotive panel and dashboard cable passages
• Home installations and DIY electrical routing

How to use

Drill or punch an appropriately sized hole in the panel or housing, then insert the grommet into the opening until it seats flush. Ensure the grommet is fully seated to maintain strain relief and a tidy appearance.

Recommendations

Use this grommet with cables close to 6 mm in diameter; measure the cable before installation to confirm fit. Avoid overstretching the grommet beyond its intended cable size. For harsh environments, check material compatibility and consider additional sealing or strain relief measures if required.
