How to use

Install the Deep Cut Blade into the ScanNCut Deep Cut Blade Holder following the machine manufacturer’s instructions. Select appropriate cutting settings for material thickness in your ScanNCut software or machine menu, perform a test cut, and adjust blade depth and pressure as needed to achieve a clean cut. Replace the blade when cutting quality decreases.

Use with the correct Deep Cut Blade Holder only. Test cut on a scrap piece before full production, and increase blade depth and lower cutting speed for very thick or layered materials. Store the blade in a dry place and replace it when signs of wear appear.
