Pistola de espuma KWB 932590 – pressão regulável, design duradouro

KWB Foam Gun 932590 is a professional applicator designed to dispense polyurethane foam with controlled precision. The tool provides adjustable pressure control to regulate foam flow, enabling cleaner application and optimized material use. Built with durability in mind, the foam gun withstands repeated use on construction sites and during DIY projects. Its design supports accurate sealing, bonding and filling tasks where consistent foam output and ease of handling are required.

Advantages

The adjustable pressure mechanism allows fine tuning of foam flow to match different nozzle sizes and foam viscosities, reducing waste and overspill. A robust construction ensures long service life under regular professional use. Ergonomic handling and a precisely engineered trigger contribute to improved application accuracy and reduced operator fatigue. The tool is compatible with standard threaded foam canisters and facilitates quick attachment and detachment for fast job changeovers.

How to use

Prior to use, ensure the foam canister and gun threads are clean and free of cured foam. Attach the canister to the gun according to the manufacturer’s instructions, then set the pressure control to a low starting position. Test the flow on a scrap material and adjust the pressure until the desired bead size and density are achieved. Apply foam steadily while moving the gun along the joint or cavity; avoid holding the trigger continuously in one spot to prevent overfilling. After use, follow the recommended cleaning procedure for uncured foam and store the tool in a dry place.

Recommendations

For best results, use the foam gun with compatible polyurethane foam cartridges and adjust pressure based on temperature and substrate porosity. Clean the gun immediately after use with an appropriate cleaner to prevent blockage. Wear suitable personal protective equipment such as gloves and eye protection when dispensing foam.
