Placa adaptadora para engate rápido, Asetek 3rd Party QR Adapter Plate, compatível com círculos de furação de 70 mm e 50,8 mm – preto

The Asetek 3rd Party QR Adapter Plate is a black adapter plate designed to provide a secure mounting interface between third-party quick-release hubs and devices that use 70 mm or 50.8 mm bolt-circle patterns. It enables compatibility between different quick-release systems commonly found in sim-rig and gaming setups, allowing users to attach and detach steering wheels, pedals, or other controls quickly while maintaining a stable mechanical connection.

Advantages

This adapter plate offers straightforward compatibility with two widely used bolt-circle standards, reducing the need for multiple hub types. Its compact, flat design simplifies installation on existing mounting surfaces and keeps the connection profile low for minimal added distance between components. The black finish provides a neutral appearance that integrates with most gaming rigs and accessories.

Suitable for

• Sim-rig steering wheel hubs requiring a 70 mm or 50.8 mm bolt pattern
• Gaming setups where rapid attachment and detachment of controls is needed
• Retrofit projects converting non-matching quick-release systems to a compatible interface
• Workbenches or test rigs that use standardized bolt-circle mounting

When it may not be suitable

This adapter plate is intended specifically for use with quick-release hubs and devices that conform to 70 mm or 50.8 mm bolt-circle patterns. It is not suitable for components that require different bolt circles, custom mounting geometries, or integrated proprietary mounting hardware. Additionally, this product provides a mechanical interface only and does not include electrical connectors, locking mechanisms beyond the quick-release hub, or vibration isolation features.

Key specifications

• Color: black
• Compatible bolt-circle patterns: 70 mm and 50.8 mm
• Function: adapter interface for quick-release systems
• Form factor: flat adapter plate for mounting between hub and device

How to use

Position the adapter plate between the quick-release hub and the device flange so that the required bolt-circle aligns with the mating component. Secure the plate using appropriately sized bolts or screws torqued to the specifications recommended by the quick-release hub or device manufacturer. Verify concentric alignment and tightness before first use, then attach the quick-release mechanism and perform a functional test to confirm reliable engagement and release.

What to consider before purchase

• Confirm your device and quick-release hub use either a 70 mm or 50.8 mm bolt-circle pattern
• Ensure compatible bolt length and thread size are available for secure fastening
• Check that a flat adapter plate fits within your rig’s available clearance and does not interfere with other components

Recommendations

Use corrosion-resistant bolts and follow the torque settings recommended by your hub and device manufacturers. Inspect mounting hardware periodically for loosening and retighten as necessary. Avoid relying on the adapter plate alone for wiring or signal routing; secure any cables separately to prevent strain on the mechanical connection.
