How to use

Switch off power at the circuit breaker before installation and follow local electrical codes. Remove the existing frame or cover, align the AS 591 plate with the mounting points of the selected JUNG frame or module, and secure it using the original screws or fasteners for the frame series. After mechanical installation, restore power and verify correct operation of the mounted switch or socket. For water-prone areas, ensure proper sealing of the surrounding box and correct orientation to maintain the IP44 protection.

Recommendations

Use this cover plate with compatible JUNG frames and modules to preserve the intended fit and IP44 protection. Avoid outdoor exposed locations without additional weatherproofing and do not use in high-humidity industrial environments where a higher protection rating is required.
