Placa de impressão Creality K2 Plus PEI Frosted 400×400 mm — cama de impressão de substituição

Creality K2 Plus PEI Frosted 400×400 mm build plate is a textured PEI replacement print bed designed for the Creality K2 Plus 3D printer. The 400×400 mm textured surface supports improved first-layer adhesion across a wide range of filaments and facilitates part removal once the plate cools. This replacement plate is intended for users who need to restore or maintain a reliable build surface without changing printer settings or adhesive methods.

Advantages

The frosted PEI texture offers uniform adhesion that reduces warping and helps produce consistent first layers. Its durable coating withstands repeated print cycles and cleaning, while the rigid backing maintains flatness across the full 400×400 mm area. Because the surface releases parts more easily when cooled, it minimizes the need for additional adhesives or tapes for many filament types.

Suitable for

• Replacing a worn or damaged build surface on the Creality K2 Plus
• Hobbyist and small-batch prototyping where repeatable adhesion is required
• Printing common filaments such as PLA, PETG and ABS with improved first-layer stability

Key specifications

• Material surface: frosted PEI (textured)
• Usable area: 400 × 400 mm
• Compatibility: designed for Creality K2 Plus series
• Backing: rigid plate to preserve flatness
• Surface characteristics: high adhesion at printing temperature, easier part release after cooling

How to use

Remove the existing build plate according to the Creality K2 Plus manufacturer instructions and install the replacement plate, ensuring the surface is clean and free of dust or oils. Level the bed following the printer’s standard calibration procedure and perform a test first layer to verify nozzle distance and adhesion. For optimal results, allow the printed part to cool before attempting removal; use standard removal tools recommended for Creality plates if needed.

Recommendations

Clean the PEI surface with isopropyl alcohol or mild soap and water; avoid abrasive cleaners. For filaments known to stick strongly, reduce bed temperature slightly before part removal or use a thin spatula designed for build plates. Replace the plate if the textured surface shows deep scratches or permanent deformation to maintain consistent print quality.
