The KWB handsander is a manual sanding plate designed for use with Ø125 mm sanding discs. It includes four interchangeable sanding profiles for flat, V-shaped, convex and concave surfaces and secures the disc centrally with hook-and-loop fasteners. The ergonomic base body features two finger recesses to improve grip during non-slip sanding. The delivery scope includes four corundum sanding discs with 120 grit; the unit itself is compatible with P150 grit discs as specified by the product listing.

Advantages

The tool offers multiple sanding profiles in a single compact device, enabling processing of flat and contoured surfaces without changing tools. How to use

Select the sanding profile that matches the surface contour and attach a Ø125 mm sanding disc to the sander by aligning it centrally and fastening with the hook-and-loop system. Hold the ergonomic base with your fingers in the recessed grips and sand with even pressure along the workpiece, keeping movements consistent and aligned with the surface shape. Replace worn discs as needed and clean hook-and-loop surfaces to maintain secure fixation.

Recommendations

Use appropriate protective equipment such as safety glasses and a dust mask. For best results start with coarser grit for shaping, then progress to finer grits (for example P150) for finishing. Keep the sanding disc and hook-and-loop surface free of heavy dust to maintain adhesion.
