Qoltec FC/PC Fiber Optic Connector, Singlemode, 3.0 mm, Mounting Set (200 pcs)

Fiber optic connector designed to connect optical fibers. It allows to switch and connect optical lines. The FC/PC connector is designed for telecommunication applications where uniform connection is required, thanks to its threaded body. The screwed way of connecting two FC type connectors gives a very stable connection, which does not lose its parameters under the influence of touch or handling. Used for single mode and multimode transmission. The reflective technique of PC contact with fiber front surfaces allows to obtain the lowest possible loss on optical connector, while maintaining high level of back reflection. In this type of connectors, back loss is no less than 40 dB. Maintaining such parameters requires high precision of the fiber front, its polishing and maintaining proper curvature of ferrule surrounding the fiber.
