The Triton RMA-22-A68-CAX-N1 is a freestanding 22U rack cabinet designed for data and telecommunication equipment. With a steel welded frame, adjustable 19" vertical rails, and a maximum load capacity of 800 kg, it provides organized storage and protected indoor installation (IP20). Advantages

The cabinet features a rigid welded construction with 1.3 mm skeleton rails for increased strength and a perforated frame to support airflow. Doors open nearly 180° and can be removed or re-hung to change opening direction; double wing doors use hook-on hinges. Vertical rails are freely adjustable in depth and a middle pair of rails is included for deeper enclosures. Breakout-type blanking panels and brush strips allow sealed cable entry. Optional accessories include castors, levelling feet, bases and fan-unit doors; a swing frame and horizontal cable management are available for heavy loads.

How to use

Place the cabinet on the included levelling feet or fit optional castors or a base as required. Adjust the front and rear 19" vertical rails to the desired depth for mounting equipment. Route cables through the breakout blanking panels in the base, top or rear; use the supplied brush strips or protective fringe to reduce dust ingress. If needed, install fan units using the dedicated opening or order the fan-unit door accessory for external mounting of Triton fan modules.

Recommendations

For installations with equipment heavier than 500 kg, install horizontal cable management in the skeleton to reinforce the structure. For 800 mm wide cabinets consider the swing frame for easier access to mounted equipment and select appropriate accessories (castors, fan units, locks) to match operational and security requirements.
