Rack autónomo Triton RSX-42-XD6-CXX-A1

Single section and double section 19" open frames We recommend the single section open frames for simple installations without heavy components. During the development, we have focused to the construction simplicity, easy installation and maintenance. The double section 19" open frame is more suitable for installation of heavier and more dimensional devices. During the development, we have focused on construction simplicity, easy installation and maintenance. HIGH SOLIDITY CONSTRUCTION Vertical profile rails provide a high maximal loading capacity and a rigidity of an open frame. STABILIZATION SET It is mounted additionally on the base of the double section frame and increases stability of the whole set in case of installation of draw-out devices, e.g. servers DESCRIPTION, PURPOSE OF USE 19" open frames are used for installations of devices in predetermined rooms Frames are produced single sectioned and double sectioned For better stability it is advisable to use a double section frame Frame construction: Demountable / steel parts joined by screws / 19" profile frame is suitable for placing directly on the floor using nivelation feet or castors (castors are not a part of the supply) Min, thickness of the surface is 65 micro meter OPERATION CONDITIONS Operation environment: Office The frame is not intended for outdoor installations and for installations in environment that can influence negatively the functionality of the cabinet and the mounted devices (e.g. environment with danger of explosion or humid and wet surroundings) Must be protected against: mechanical damage, improper manipulation, a different usage than the cabinet is intended for Improper manipulation is especially: Overloading (maximum recommended load exceeding) / device installation that can influence negatively operation and function of the cabinet or the installed equipment / change of the construction or design of the cabinet MOUNTING OF THE FRAME To ensure the maximal recommended load, it is necessary to prevent one-side or one-point loading of the frame Place the frame on a flat floor and compensate an eventual small roughness with nivelation feet ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION All parts are made of recycable materials and it is necessary to dispose them according to valid regulations after discard Supply includes: 4x adjustable feet, steel sheet Dimension (HxWxD in mm): 1365 x 616 x 800 Net weight: 46,9 kg / Gross weight: 54,9 kg

How to use

Place the freestanding rack at the desired location and use the adjustable feet (or fitted castors) to level and stabilise the unit. Mount 19" equipment into the vertical profile rails using standard cage nuts and screws, observing the recommended load distribution and mounting patterns for 42U racks. If installing slide-out devices or heavy servers in a double-section frame, fit the optional stabilization set at the base to increase stability. Install PDUs into the skeleton rails using the supplied holders and route cables through the vertical cable management accessory where required.

Recommendations

Distribute heavy equipment evenly across the rack height to maintain stability; place the heaviest devices in lower U-positions. Use the stabilization set when fitting slide-out servers and secure PDUs and cable management to prevent strain on connectors.
