The SteelSeries Aerox 3 Onyx is an ultra-lightweight right-hand gaming mouse weighing 59 g, designed for fast, precise movement. It features the TrueMove Core 1-to-1 optical sensor with up to 8,500 CPI, 300 IPS and 35 G acceleration, an ergonomic shape, six buttons, RGB lighting and a USB-C connection. Advantages

The Aerox 3 Onyx combines a 59 g lightweight shell and a low-drag Super Mesh USB-C cable to enable quicker swipes and reduced fatigue during extended play. Golden Micro IP54 switches are rated for up to 80 million clicks and resist dust and water, and the AquaBarrier design adds IP54 protection to safeguard internal components. SteelSeries Engine support allows customization of the 3-zone RGB lighting and integration with GameSense-enabled apps.

Recommendations

For best tracking and glide performance, use a flat, low-friction mouse pad and keep the PTFE skates clean. If you play in environments where spills or dust are possible, the IP54 rating helps protect the internal components but avoid submersion and clean the mouse with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
