Régua de secretária Staedtler 563 30 alumínio 300 mm

The Staedtler 563 30 Aluminium 300 mm desk ruler is a precision measuring tool crafted from durable aluminium. At 300 mm in length, the ruler provides a straight, stable edge for drawing lines, measuring short distances and supporting layout tasks in offices, studios and classrooms. Its slim profile and lightweight construction make it easy to move and store while the metal body resists warping and everyday wear.

Advantages

The aluminium construction delivers consistent straightness and long-term dimensional stability compared to plastic alternatives. The smooth, anodised surface reduces glare and provides a tactile feel that aids accurate alignment. Its 300 mm length balances portability with a useful measuring range for technical sketches, schoolwork and craft projects. The metal edge can withstand repeated use without chipping or bending under normal conditions.

How to use

Place the ruler on the work surface aligned with the points you want to connect or measure. Hold the ruler firmly with one hand to prevent shifting, and use a sharp pencil, pen or technical instrument along the metal edge to draw a straight line. For measuring, read the scale from the zero mark at the end of the ruler to the desired point. When cutting along the edge, ensure the ruler is securely held and use a suitable cutting mat to protect both the work surface and the ruler.

Recommendations

Store the ruler flat or in a protective sleeve to avoid dents. Clean with a soft cloth to remove residue; avoid abrasive cleaners that could alter the finish. For best accuracy, keep the ruler free of bends and use it on a stable surface.
