Ricoh D7773020 (D777-3020) SUPORTE: AMORTECEDOR: ENGRENAGEM: PLACA

For service technicians and print shop operators maintaining Ricoh multifunction printers, the D7773020 mechanical assembly stands apart as a genuine OEM motion-control cluster that consolidates four critical components into one part number. Instead of sourcing a bracket, damper, gear, and plate separately—each with its own compatibility matrix—this kit delivers the exact factory-specified set for the D777 series, ensuring that torque transmission, vibration damping, and structural alignment work together as originally engineered.

Highlights

• Genuine Ricoh OEM assembly: bracket, damper, gear, and plate manufactured to original tolerances.
• Purpose-matched materials: durable metal alloy for bracket and plate, engineering plastic/metal gear, elastomeric damper.
• Integrated motion control: gear transmits rotational torque while the damper reduces noise, wear, and mechanical shock.
• Structural integrity: bracket provides rigid mounting support; plate secures and aligns adjacent imaging components.
• Designed for Ricoh D777 series multifunction printers and copiers; installation requires technical expertise.

In daily use

The damper element is the unsung hero in high-cycle printing environments. By absorbing vibration and smoothing gear engagement, it prevents premature wear on mating parts and lowers operational noise—a noticeable benefit in office settings. The metal bracket and plate resist flexing under load, maintaining precise gear mesh even after hundreds of thousands of pages. Because this is a complete assembly, technicians replace the entire motion-control cluster at once, avoiding mismatched aftermarket parts that can cause jams or image defects.
